Although I adore Christmas and I'm surrounding myself with Christmas light boat parades, pine trees, warm sweaters and apple cider, I always seem to long for a hot summer day on a white sandy beach at this chilly, grey, cozy time of year. The Whitsunday Islands (above) I particularly miss... I sand is SO white, the water is SO warm and the sun is SO hot! Ah, I love. I am and always will be a summer girl. Hopefully we'll move back to Oz someday soon and I'll have my summertime Christmas wish come true.
