it is supposed to be chilly january here in santa barbara, but has been SUNNY and BRIGHT everyday! each day this week baby kai kai, bisous & i have taken a long beach walk... sometimes 2 hours long... bisous chases seagulls that are 3x bigger than her and if i throw small beach rocks for her she thinks it's a ball and chases it down the beach and carries the rock back to me in her mouth! people around us start laughing. elijah kai held seaweed for the first time this week and of course wanted to try a bite - he gets really excited and kicks and yells when bisous runs circles around us as we walk. long beach walks are some of my favorite things in a all the world. i was remembering this quote today...
