Today we woke up at 6am (like we do everyday with our sweet 7 month old alarm clock :)) and we went to get acai bowls at Backyard Bowls here in Santa Barbara. I have been in love with acai bowls since college and now I feel that I'm kind of a connoisseur or a sort of picky snob ;) when it comes to different acai bowl places that open. After trying every acai bowl I've ever come across, The Big Squeeze in San Diego is hands down my favorite, but Backyard Bowls is a close second... The Berry Bowl with coconut, bee pollen & extra goji berries is always my order. Yum!
